Convention hotel reservations may be made by calling the HORSESHOE BAY toll free 877.611.0112, requesting a room in the Texas Cotton Association - convention meeting block, for a special rate of $175+tax+$16 resort fee for single or double accommodations. The resort fee includes complimentary unlimited WIFI in the hotel guest rooms, self-parking, golf bag storage, access to golf practice facilities, access to all property pools with towel service, transport service to resort amenities, in-room coffee and tea, 24-hour usage of Fitness Center, and access to the private Yacht Club beaches. You may also book your room online by clicking Texas Cotton Association 2020 and the TCA page will appear! We have contracted rooms for the nights of April 14-17,2020. Based upon availability our room rate will be honored three days prior and three days post-convention if you would like to come early or stay late. The deadline for making your room reservation is 5:00 p.m., on March 31, 2020, at which time rooms will be released back to the hotel for sale in general inventory. Check-in is 4:00 p.m and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
