The reservation cut-off date is August 27, 2025 Guests are able to book online with the direct booking link or by phone with our reservations office by calling 806.776.7000. **Specify the block name of: “Texas Cotton Association 2025” **When you click the link it will take you to the group reservations page. It will automatically put the check in as and check-out date as ONLY the first date available in the block; you will have to adjust the check-in and check-out dates to your desired stay and click UPDATE. ~To schedule the airport shuttle, please call our bell stand at (806) 776-7000. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour and half hour. For pickup, please give them your name, date of arrival, arrival time and flight number. They will track your flight and stay updated on all delays. If you need to schedule a departure, please schedule the shuttle for the time you would like to leave the hotel.
