We encourage attendees to check-in on Tuesday night, April 29, 2025, to get a head-start on networking and prepare for the activities over the next three days! Rooms are available at a special TCA room rate of $239, plus a reduced resort fee of $15. The total rate is subject to a 15% hotel occupancy rate. The TCA special room rate is offered three (3) days pre and three (3) days post convention based on availability. You may want to consider extending your stay if you would like to be a spectator (tickets are complimentary) at the Insperity Invitational Championship Round One, Two & Three, that will take place Friday, May 2, 3, & 4 at the resort's tournament course! The resort fee includes the following:  Self-parking, Internet acccess in guest rooms and common areas, in room coffee, daily bottled water in guest rooms, 24 hour access to the fitness center, access to the Forest Oasis Waterscape/Lazy River and activities, access to golf practice facilities and bag storage, intra-resort transportation, 15% discount on retail items in the Spruce Market, and access to Coolwater 2.0 game room.
